RITA's Penthouse is located in the heart of Athens, yet in a very peaceful street without any noise. It is very close to a beautiful square, St Georges Square, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, your nighttime cocktail, or even a great traditional Greek meal! There is also a big park full of trees that you can go on foot and have a nice time with your roommates with a delectable cup of coffee! The house is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances so you can feel at home while you are on vacation or even on a business trip!

The Penthouse is 256 square meters (2.560 square feet) plus an 80 square meters (800 square feet) Veranda (Please check FLOORPLAN).
It has 3 entrance doors, 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a small WC in Shared Main Living-Dining Room w/Fireplace & Bar, Smart 55’’ TV, Karaoke Stereo, Office with Library.
 

The Penthouse then is divided into 3 Living quarters, which each is individually offered for rent, plus 1 for an in-house housekeeper (Lady) who keeps it tidy.
The 3 Separate offered for rending living quarters are the following:

 1. Master.  Master Quarters/Suit has a Double Size Bed, Private Dressing room, and ensuite Bathroom. Entry into the apartment is provided through the Centre entrance with an electronic lock.

2. Family. Family Quarters have 2 Bedrooms one with a Double Size Bed and one with 2 Single Beds sharing a Bathroom between them and a Kitchen (the 2nd kitchen which is exclusive to the “Family”). The "Family" has its own exclusive private entrance door (one of the 3) with an electronic lock.

3. Guest. The Guest Room has a Double Bed and ensuite Bathroom.

The above Living quarters can be Joint together (through intermediary doors) or remain separate and private for each of the 3 guest groups.
They all have access and share the Living/Dining room, Bar, Fireplace, Office with Library, and Veranda. The Main Kitchen is only shared with Master and Guest Quarters, as the Family Quarter has its own private one.

There are Laundry and iron facilities and weekly changing of sheets and towels, short of like a small Hotel with shared amenities, but also including combination and amenities of a private House.
The in-House Housekeeper Lady will be happy to wash and iron your clothes for a small fee. Please also note that there is a small weekly cleaning fee of 7 Euros per person (or min 10 Euros per Room) in addition to the rent which includes the weekly changing of sheets and towels.
